The system at the heart of all MEDIVista installations is a robust management platform, MES 2.0 Enterprise Server that provides for centralized control of the bedside computing network. The tried and trusted platform delivers high availability and uninterrupted service levels for clinical, administration and patient entertainment applications.

State-of-the-art Touchscreen Bedside Computers
Lincor Solutions offers a choice of specially designed touchscreen computers and mounting solutions to meet the specific needs of your hospital environment. Screens range in size from our 12” compact device to an 18” widescreen. All our bedside computers are fan-less, which provides for silent operation, and are designed to be germ resistant and easy to clean. The larger units come with an integrated telephone handset, speakers, camera and integrated barcode reader. We also offer options such as external keyboards and handheld barcode readers where needed.
Controlled Secure Access
Security is a key concern for hospitals which need to protect the sensitive information that is available on their systems about their patients. MEDIVista bedside computers incorporate smart card and RFID proximity card technology to ensure access to sensitive information and clinical applications is controlled and managed.
Payment Options
The solution includes a number of different options to enable patients to pay for the entertainment, and other services they use, with both post-pay and pre-pay facilities. We can provide vending machines to top-up up pre-pay smart cards, as well as online payment for credit card users. The post-pay option integrates with a hospital’s billing or discharge systems to enable services to be included as part of the normal hospital billing process.
Easy to use interface and multiple language support
Lincor has developed a tailored user interface to support the needs of patients as well as clinical, administration and support staff. The interface is very easy to use to support patients with little or no previous experience of using computers. The interface can be managed and customized to turn on or off features depending on use case – for example limiting TV channel choice or access to other features of the system on a pediatric ward. The user interface is currently available in 14 languages.
