BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dan Byrne – Founder & Non-Executive Chairman

Dan is an Electrical Engineering graduate from University College Cork, with over 30 years experience in senior management roles with Ford Motor Company, FAS, Apple Computer Inc and Digital Equipment Corporation.
As Vice-President of Apple, he was responsible for all of its manufacturing, distribution, procurement and customer services for Europe and subsequently for the Americas. On returning to Europe from California, Dan was appointed Vice- President Operations for DEC’s PC Division.
Since 1995, Dan has acted as Non-Executive Chairman of many companies in Ireland as well as being appointed by the Minister of Health as Vice- Chair of Ireland’s Health, Information & Quality Authority. He is a co-founder of Lincor Solutions Ltd.

Richard Cooke - Chief Executive Officer

Richard was appointed CEO of Esat Group after it's acquisition by British Telecom in January 2000 for $2.5bn.
Esat ,now known as BT Ireland, is the second largest telecoms provider in Ireland with annual revenues in excess of €300m and circa 1,000 employees. During his time with BT, he also served as Vice President of BT Global Services between 2000 to 2002 .
Prior to his appointment as CEO of Esat, he was Managing Director of its subsidiary , EsatNet between 1997 and 2000
and grew that  business to become the largest commercial Internet Service Provider in Ireland.
He has over 20 years of experience in senior roles within the ICT sector with British Telecom, Esat Telecom Group, LAKE Communications and Alcatel Business Systems. 
Since 2002, he has been active  as consultant, director and investor with a number of technology companies and is an engineering graduate from University College Dublin.

Pat O’Donnell – Founder & Chief Operations Officer

Co-founded Netnote International in 1997 and held the role of Chief Operations Officer.
Pat ran his own consultancy from 1996 to 1997, providing direction to companies in product development, strategic management and outsourcing.
Between 1985 and 1996, he held a number of senior roles at Apple Computer Ltd. including: Outsourcing Business manager, Value engineering and development manager, Research and development project manager, and new products project manager. Prior to this, he has worked for a number of multinational companies in the High Tech sector. He is a graduate of University College Cork with a B.E. degree and an MBA.

Enda Murphy – Founder & Chief Technology Officer

During his time at Apple, Enda was responsible for test engineering, hardware design and hardware research and development. He also had management responsibility for a number of key development teams creating multimedia peripherals for Apple's Macintosh range of products.
At Apple, Enda oversaw the creation of the first digital satellite receiver system in Ireland, as well as the design and delivery of the first TV/Teletext/Radio peripheral for Apple's worldwide suite of products.
Enda held the position of Hardware development manager at Netnote International from 1998 to 2003. Enda is a co-founder of Lincor Solutions Ltd and currently holds the position of CTO.

Damien O’Malley - Non-Executive Director

Damien spent many years at senior management level in Motorola in Ireland, Germany and in the USA.
These roles included: Director of IT, Europe Middle East & Africa (6/96-10/97)Motorola land mobile products sector, Chief Information Officer and Director of worldwide IT (10/97-7/99), Motorola radio products group senior director, Motorola Global Program Management office Schaumburg, Illinois – (7/99-4/00),Vice President & Director, Motorola Business Systems Solutions (MBSS), Schaumburg, Illinois – (4/00-3/02).
Damien holds a B.Comm and an M.B.A.

 


SALES TEAM

Canice McKee - Business Development Manager - EMEA

Canice has over 15 years experience in the communications industry, and has held a number of senior marketing roles with BT and Orange where he was responsible for launching the UK's first digital cordless phone and the world's first dual band GSM900/1800 mobile device.
He then led a global strategic marketing team at Nokia Networks in the successful bid to win 3G market share. Canice has also worked for the Taiwanese mobile manufacturers - DBTEL and Inventec Appliances - winning business with mobile operators Virgin Mobile and T-Mobile. Jean-Christophe Mear - Business Development Manager - EMEA

JC has extensive Sales experience developed initially with French company Studio Phone who specialized in developing technical solutions in the telecoms market. He also successfully closed contracts with companies such as BMW, Audi and Renault Europe.
Following on from this he worked for Pharmagest Interactive selling CRM solutions to pharmacists where he acquired extensive IT (software and hardware) business development experience.  Contact Jean-Christophe.

John Logan - Business Development Manager – International OEM Channels and Asia-Pacific

Responsible for OEM relationships and business development in Asia and Australia.  John has extensive product management and sales experience in the IT and telecoms industries and holds a B.A in Information & Communications Technology from Trinity College, Dublin.  Contact John.

Simon Walsh - Business Development Manager –  Canada

Extensive experience in both IT support and Project Management with Compaq, Microsoft, Anglo Irish Bank and with the NSW Department of Commerce in Australia.
Joined Lincor in September 2007 and in October 2008 was given the opportunity to lead Lincor's expansion into North America and Canada by establishing Lincor's Canadian base in Toronto. From here he is managing Lincor's business development throughout Canada.  Contact Simon.

Mark Goodman - VP Sales and Marketing, Lincor Solutions Inc    USA

Mark has 20 year's experience in Computer Technology: VoIP, IVR, voice mail, unified messaging, PC PBX, call center, speech recognition, SS7, T-1, PSTN infrastructure, CLEC design and ACD systems.  His interests evolved into interactive touch screens and he worked with hardware designers in Europe, board manufacturers in Taiwan and production in China, designing a hotel interactive media system.
